CO-DEPENDENTS ANONYMOUS IS A FELLOWSHIP OF MEN AND WOMEN WHOSE COMMON PURPOSE IS TO DEVELOP HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS.

The only requirement for membership is a desire for healthy and fulfilling relationships. We rely on the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions for knowledge and wisdom. These are the principles of our program and guides to developing honest and fulfilling relationships.

Through applying the Twelve Steps and principles in CoDA to our daily life and relationships, both present and past, we can experience a new freedom from our self-defeating lifestyles and realize a new joy, acceptance and serenity in our lives.

On-site meetings return, online MEETINGS still available

Dear Friends of the 12 Step House,

As of June 3, 2020, the 12 Step House has re-opened with the following requirements:

In order to comply with the guidelines established by the Governor of Nebraska (https://www.cityofomaha.org/coronavirus-covid-19-information), seating will be limited to 25 upstairs, 25 downstairs and 8 in the front meeting room.

Masks are not required but feel free to wear one if you like.

We request that groups use the cleaning supplies provided to sanitize tables and any surfaces they used.

If your group is practicing the 7th tradition, please place the basket in a designated area for people to place donations in, rather than passing it around.

Each meeting will be responsible for deciding whether it will continue to host an online meeting as well. If you have updated information for your group regarding this and would like us to update the 12 Step House website, please let us know.

The door codes will be reset to the same as they were before the house closed.

We will continue to monitor the situation and send further updates if needed. As long as groups are respectful of one another and the space, we believe the house will remain open. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns at this time.

Thank you!
